Supplemental Instruction

What is SI all about?

SI Schedule and Attendance

Are you enrolled in BIO 181, 182, CHM 151, 152 or PHY 111?  If so, enroll in an SI session today to set yourself up for success this spring!

Use this link to access the SI Session Schedule for the following classes: ACC, BIO, CCJ, CENE, CHM, CS, ECO, EE, FIN, HS, ME, PHY, POS and PSY; then look for the name of your SI Leader and the SI session time, day and location.

Supplemental Instruction sessions will be offered in-person with select courses having a single Zoom option for F2024. See the SI schedule above for more information.

Please log into the SI sign-in sheet at each SI session you attend. Your SI Leader can provide assistance.

SI is free and open to all students

Supplemental Instruction (SI) is a series of peer-facilitated weekly review sessions for students taking historically challenging courses.  SI Leaders are current students who have previously taken the course, performed well, and want to help others succeed.

Students who attend SI regularly earn fewer Ds and Fs than students who don’t utilize SI, and –on average– get a higher final course grade.
