Financial wellness

Financial wellness requires awareness of your current financial situation, as well as the knowledge and skills to maintain or improve it. This includes making informed decisions about your money and having financial self-efficacy. It involves keeping track of your financial assets and liabilities, setting and working towards your goals, and building positive, lifelong money management habits.
