UPDATE:
As of 29 July 2024, NAU Postal Services (Bldg 35) is responsible for receiving packages and mail for all Campus Living community members. This impacts how community members will address mail and packages.
All packages and USPS mail will be delivered to a Post Office (PO) Box managed by NAU Postal Services (Bldg 35). You may obtain your mailbox number and combination on the PO Box Information page.
- You should not have packages shipped to NAU Postal Services before checking into your housing.
- Please promptly get your packages; NAU Postal Services will only hold packages and mail for 10 days.
- Make sure that all items mailed to you have your PO Box and your NAU email displayed. This expedites the distribution process.
- Some carriers do not ship to a PO Box, so please make sure you are using the address format below that simply states “#.”
- The shipper will be responsible for any forwarding costs for mail or packages that are addressed incorrectly.

- When you are moving out of your hall you must put in a forwarding address for your mail. Visit this postal Services site to forward mail.
- If your hall is not listed above; your mail is delivered directly to your hall/apartment by the USPS and your zip code is 86001.
- If community members currently receiving mail directly in their CLC (McKay, PRV, SV) want to request that USPS forward their mail (recommended), then the student can submit a change of address form via usps.com.
